What we cover
Somebody needs to understand a place they cannot currently stand in. That is the same problem whether it is an apartment, a suite or a temple.
Off-plan units a buyer cannot visit because the building is not finished, and finished homes a buyer cannot visit because they are in another country.
Rooms, suites and event spaces shown properly, so a guest books the room they actually want and an organiser can size a hall without travelling to see it.
Sites that people plan whole journeys around, made explorable in advance — and preserved as they are today, whatever happens later.
Why it matters here
Egyptian property increasingly sells to people who are not in Egypt — Gulf and international investors who will commit to a purchase they have never physically stood inside. A sales office cannot reach them. Photographs do not convince them.
For a buyer who will never make the trip, the tour is not marketing. It is the viewing.
